Do I have to buy a car from you?
No. We buy cars outright, so you can sell us yours and walk out. If you do want one of ours, the offer can go toward it instead.
What if I still owe money on it?
Bring the loan details. We pay the lender off directly. If our offer is more than the payoff, the difference is yours. If you owe more than the offer, we show you the gap up front and go over your options before anything is signed.
How can you make an offer from photos?
Year, make, model, mileage, condition and a few clear photos tell us most of what we need, so we text you a number from those. We confirm it when you bring the car in and we look it over.
How fast will I hear back?
Texts are usually answered within a couple of minutes between 8am and 9pm, well after the lot closes. The offer itself usually comes the same day.
What do you buy?
Cars, SUVs and trucks, any make. Not sure yours is one we would buy? Send it anyway and we will tell you straight.
What should I bring?
The title, or the loan payoff information if there is a lien, plus your ID, the registration and every key you have. We are a licensed California dealer (DL #70919), so the DMV paperwork is ours to do.
